If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a Full Refund, Store Credit or Exchange within 14 days of delivery. You can return your order for a Store Credit or Exchange within 30 days of delivery. Store Credit works just like cash and never expires. You will be issued a Gift Card by  Email.  All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn condition., and in original box packaging. 

 If there are any damages or defects with your items when you receive them, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, so that we can enter damage claim with delivery service if damaged in transit.

We are so confident that it will be your treasured heirloom, we have a 2 year guarantee. If for any reason your Jewelry breaks, just return all of the components and we will repair or replace your Jewelry.

Please contact us for a return label with your return request and include your email and order number to receive a return authorization.  Returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Terriemosesdesign.com to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
